Why Participate in the Lent Fast?
Lent is from February 18th – April 2nd. Lent is a sacred season of reflection and preparation leading up to Easter. As a congregation, we want to come together to honor and remember God’s only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus came to earth in human form to show us the way to repentance, obey His Father, and offer His life as the ultimate sacrifice to reconcile us back to an intimate relationship with God, our Heavenly Father. This Lent Fast is an opportunity to reflect on Jesus’ sacrifice and strengthen our spiritual walk. It’s a time to draw closer to God through prayer, fasting, and intentional giving—and to support one another in this journey of faith.

Blessings!
