Knowing Your Worth. Protecting Your Peace. Honoring God.
As teenage girls, it’s easy to feel pressure to fit in, make everyone happy, or say “yes” when your heart is telling you “no.” Whether it’s friendships, dating, social media, or everyday conversations, the choices you make today can shape the woman you’ll become tomorrow.
That’s why healthy boundaries matter.
A boundary isn’t about pushing people away—it’s about protecting what God has placed inside of you. Boundaries help you recognize your value, guard your heart, and build relationships that are rooted in love, respect, and wisdom.
At our next Girl Talk session, we’ll have honest conversations about what healthy boundaries really look like.
Together, we’ll discuss:
- Recognizing healthy and unhealthy friendships.
- Learning that it’s okay to say “no.”
- Setting boundaries online and on social media.
- Respecting yourself enough to expect respect from others.
- Understanding that your identity comes from Christ—not from likes, popularity, or other people’s opinions.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 4:23:
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
God never intended for you to carry the weight of pleasing everyone. He created you with purpose, value, and a voice. Healthy boundaries allow you to protect all three. We hope every young lady leaves this session feeling empowered, encouraged, and confident enough to stand firm in who God created her to be. Your worth isn’t determined by the world.
