Fill out the form below to order your t-shirt. Once you fill out the form, please bring your t-shirt fee to the church office to complete your order. If you do not remit payment for you t-shirt, you will not receive your t-shirt(s) order. You can also see the T-shirt colors in the church office (or in the foyer area).
T-shirt Fee and Order Deadline
T-shirts are $12 for ALL SIZES. CASH ONLY. Please bring correct change. Deadline to order your T-shirt is Sunday, September 8th. If you choose to buy a T-shirt, we are looking to wear them the 4th Sunday in September.
Please take your time and fill out the form accurately.
Select your T-shirt sizes by checking the appropriate boxes. Include the number of sizes and colors you need. – Example – 2 Blue, 1 Orange, etc. Also, check the colors you want. Sizes you don’t need, please leave those blank. If we see anything that’s missing, we will try to contact you. However, it’s your responsibility to make sure all information is accurate and correct. Over the years, we’ve heard the term “New Jerusalemites” used amongst members and also by our very own Pastor Holmes. Also, these two passages of scripture, Revelation 21:10-23 and Isaiah 65:17-25 talk about the “New Jerusalem”. So, we all want to be “New Jerusalemites” when it’s all over! This T-shirt design is creatively bold, using type as the design element. It is also a one color design that can go on multiple color t-shirts. This is NOT a mandatory purchase.
