New Jerusalem M.B. Church Food Pantry Receives 2025 WWISCAA Community Service Award

New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church was honored to receive the 2025 Community Service Award from the Warren-Washington-Issaquena-Sharkey Community Action Agency (WWISCAA) in recognition of its continued service and compassion throughout the Mississippi Delta.

The award was presented during WWISCAA’s annual banquet, “Ambassadors of Compassion: Passport to Purpose – A Mississippi Delta Journey,” held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at the Washington County Convention Center in Greenville, Mississippi.

Honoring a Ministry of Compassion

This meaningful recognition highlighted the impactful work of the New Jerusalem M.B. Church Food Pantry, a ministry rooted in faith, service, and love for the community. Through consistent outreach, the Food Pantry has met critical physical needs while restoring hope and dignity to individuals and families across the Delta.
