The Health Ministry is committed to encouraging the congregation to participate in the 40 Day Lent Fast and to passing out information in our efforts. The 40 Day Lent information will cover the reason why we are participating in the Fast, it will cover a plan of action covering scripture reading, praying and a better way of eating healthier foods. The Fast starts February 18th and end on April 2nd.
