SUMMARY:NJMBC HEALTH-ON-THE-MOVE: Health Screen\, Blood Drive and Diabetes Presentation
DESCRIPTION:Please join us as we celebrate Fall Fest on the parking lot of New Jerusalem M. B. Church. The Health Ministry will present life health information on diabetes. The presenter will be our very own Mrs. Yakitta Lovett. Mrs. Lovett will answer questions such as; what to do when you are first diagnosed with diabetes\, the types of diabetes\, and the importance of knowing your numbers. But before the presentation takes place\, you are allowed to attend a health screening that will include blood pressure and\, sugar/glucose checks and a blood drive bus that will be stationed on the campus of Lucy Webb Elementary School. The NJMBC Health Ministry wants to make sure that you\, as the community\, are covered from every direction in reference to your health.
